The Addington Addiction & Treatment Centre is a residential facility that is equipped to accommodate up to twelve residents at a time for a minimum of twelve weeks, including a third month of transition back into the community. We also offer a two-year after-care program. Our residents are suffering from alcoholism and/or drug addiction.
"The fundamental goal of the Addington Addiction Treatment Center is to provide the resident with the necessary tools to achieve long-term sobriety. In order for someone to achieve this goal, Addington Addiction Treatment Center addresses a person's emotional, mental, and physical needs, provides life skills training, facilitates family healing through a family program, works on the development of interpersonal relationships, improves daily living skills, requires attendance at 12 step support groups, and provides an extended level of care and continuity of care through a two-year aftercare program and an "open-house" policy for those that have successfully completed the program.
The Addington Addiction Treatment Center offers a minimum three-month residential rehab program aimed at helping alcoholics and drug addicts recover from their disease.
